National Wildlife Control Operators Association (NWCOA)
NWCOA is a national trade association representing the wildlife control industry. As a membership-based, nonprofit organization, they are dedicated to supporting businesses and providers of wildlife control services by providing training and education, and promoting competence, service and integrity within the wildlife damage management industry. A & D Animal Control is proud to be Legacy Award Recipient Certified.
Wildlife Control Professional Certified
Our team is Wildlife Control Professional certified by NWCOA. This designation sets us apart as a thoroughly trained, ethical and experienced professionals who have been peer-evaluated and properly tested by a national trade association dedicated to creating, promoting and strengthening the professional standards for the wildlife control industry.
Bat Standards Certified
We are Bat Standards Certified by NWCOA. The NWCOA Bat Standards is offered by NWCOA to aid in the survival and future of bats in North America, as well as to educate those who perform bat exclusion services in residential and commercial structures. The Bat Standards Certified Course covers bat biology, behavior, identification, and much more!
Rodent Standards Certified
We are Rodent Standards Certified by NWCOA. The NWCOA Rodent Standards Certified course aims to educate Wildlife Control Operators (WCOs) and Pest Control Operators (PCOs) on frequently encountered and often overlooked rodent species. This course discusses the biology, behavior and identification these species as well as the various control methods and exclusion effective for each.
Michigan Animal Damage Control Association Certified (MADCA)
MADCA is an organization of wildlife control operators (WCOs) and other interested individuals involved in the field of wildlife damage management. MADCA was formed in 1995 by a group of professionals that are concerned about the willful misrepresentation, professional acceptance, and lack of public understanding of wildlife damage management industry in the State of Michigan.
